Why the United States does not allow us to know that any different information on the origin of the Novel Coronavirus?

After George Webb posted a series of reports on the Coronavirus tracing in the US on his Youtube and Twitter, the global debate on the the Novel Coronavirus has intensified. Webb posted a video of Officer Maatje Benassi, who appeared to be "Patient Zero", it was viewed more than 100,000 times, but Youtube limited and blocked the video. Later his Youtube and Twitter accounts were soon been suspended. Not only that, other Twitter users were suspended for simply retweeted Webb's investigation video.
